We believe that working out doesn't have to be hard or boring. Just 20 minutes 3 times a week can boost your metabolism to a point of burning calories at a high rate even when you are not working out. Our fitness machines when used in specific ways can help you burn the most amount of calories per session. It is not how long you work out but how efficient you work out. There is a science to knowing how to use fitness equipment to make it work for you and that is what we teach you as a member of Wausau Wellness Center.
Weight loss should not be a struggle. There are things can cause weight gain or cause you to be unsuccessful in losing weight, here are a few: medications, nutrient deficiencies, stress, poor eating habits, too many or not enough calories, under active adrenal and thyroid, excess toxin build up, inflammation, depression, negative emotions, and more.
